This site is primarily for those who are interested in doing t'ai chi and are looking for a teacher in the Hilton Head area.
Vacationers to Hilton Head are also invited to inquire about setting up private lessons during their stay on the island. For the person with no t'ai chi background, I can show you a few simple and basic exercises that are enjoyable. If you already do t'ai chi, I would be happy to work with you on your form and help you further your own practice. So, whether you are just a beginner or already know some t'ai chi, consider taking a private lesson as part of your vacation fun on Hilton Head.

Slow, graceful, and serenelike, the movements of t'ai chi capture our attention. Though deliberate and precise, they flow with balance and ease. T'ai chi movements are skilled movements designed to strengthen the body's internal circulation or what the Chinese refer to as ch'i, which in turn leads to improved health.
The full beauty of t'ai chi, however, beyond any health benefit is in doing it and experiencing it yourself. The sense of quiet open strength, balanced stability, and internal vitality that you begin to feel are the hallmarks of t'ai chi. You will discover it is much more than physical exercise. It is an art the practice of which nevers grows old.
